Terms of Service

Overview

These terms govern the provision of web design, SEO, copywriting and related services by 11h21.studio (Alfred Lor) to clients. By commissioning work you agree to these terms.

Services and scope

The scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins, either by email or a brief document. Changes to scope during a project may affect timeline and cost; these will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required before work begins on any project. The remaining balance is due on completion and before final files or credentials are handed over. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership and intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, all work product created for a client becomes their property. This includes code, copy, design files and any other deliverables specific to their project.

11h21.studio retains the right to show completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information, content and materials required to complete the project. Delays caused by late or incomplete client input may affect the project timeline.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any third-party content (images, text, logos) provided to 11h21.studio for inclusion in their project.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at the outset. Significant changes in direction after approval of a phase may be treated as new scope.

Limitation of liability

11h21.studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of delivered work. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.
